Title co’s are seeking a solution that easily stores emails to a file/folder & incorporates it’s attachments, emails, messages, documents from Outlook automatically into Greenfolders.

Storing emails to a file has been difficult.  Most companies create folders within Outlook and have to search for items when needed.  They are especially important in the legal/real estate community when needed for claims or when issues develop in the future.  Many email systems purge email after a set time and clients lose that information.
